How to process Multiple Chunks in one Word Document

You can create a new Word Document for each Chunk or simply start a new Chunk on a new line and apply the Heading 1 style to identify it.

You can have lots of ‘Chunks’ in one Word Document.

If you have large numbers of ‘Chunks’, you should consider starting a new Word Document for different categories. For example, you may wish to separate different topic areas into separate documents, or keep different types of content separate – so you might have a set of ‘term definitions’ in one document and a set of topic-specific guidance material in another document.

Tip: Insert a page-break (hold down ‘Control’ and press ‘Enter’) between Chunks to help you visually identify different chunks when dealing with lots of longer content. Page-breaks will be ignored by the importer, so you must remember to apply the ‘Heading 1’ style for each Chunk.
