Basic conventions for your Chunk Body Content

Ensure your Chunk ‘body content’ is clear, meaningful and concise.

There are no hard rules on the length of your chunk body content, it should be as long as it needs to be, but would ideally not exceed about 200 words (or about one page).

Do use bold and italic text where appropriate.

Do not use coloured or highlighted text as it will not be imported to the Information Partner (this is because coloured or highlighted text is likely to conflict with a destination website’s theme, and will likely look like ‘broken links’ to a person reading it online).

Do not use underline text (this will be imported, but would look like ‘broken links’ to the user when presented on the web).

Do not use indented text (except for bulleted or numbered lists) as indents will not be imported.

Avoid using tables as formatting will be lost. Where possible, convert tables to an image. Tables can generally be converted to images by using a screenshotting tool or by exporting as a ‘p n g’ or as a ‘j p g’).
