Use additional Paragraph Styles

Our template Word document contains additional Paragraph Styles that you can use to make your content more visually appealing and easier to consume.

Find and select a Paragraph Style from the Styles section in the Home tab on Word.

Use the “Quote” style for text you wish to look like an emphasised quote.

“Try not to become a man of success. Rather become a man of value.”

Albert Einstein

Tip: Use the ‘Tip’ style to make your text stand out in a green box like this – write the word “Tip:” in bold text. You can use your own alternative word instead of “Tip” – like “Insight:”. There are similar styles for ‘Warning’ (red), ‘Note’ (blue) and ‘Emphasis’ (yellow).
