Here we’ll explain the basic conventions to create a new (or convert an existing) word document with suitable structure and format to import in to, and get the most out of, the Information Partner.
If you are not already familiar with some of the key Information Partner terminology (like ‘Chunks’, ‘Sub-Chunks’, and ‘Fragments’) read through the Information Partner Glossary as it will help you make sense of the following guidance.
You can create or convert content into a suitable format by simply opening your content in a Microsoft Word Document (or any other document writing software that allows you to save in the Word .doc x file format).
Note: We recommend (but do not require) that you use the Reusable Chunk Word Template.
