It can be useful to break a longer Chunk into multiple sections or Sub-Chunks by inserting lower level Headings (H2 or H3).
When imported into the Information Partner, ‘Sub-Chunks’ will be automatically generated from any content separated by level 2 or level 3 Headings.
The Information Partner makes it easy to search and filter Sub-Chunk headings across multiple Chunks.
It can be useful to use consistent Sub-Chunk headings across multiple Chunks to search and filter in the Information Partner. For example, if you have multiple definitions of key terms, you may wish to separate the content into a Heading 2 (Sub-Chunk) called ‘Definition’, and another Heading 2 (Sub-Chunk) called ‘Example’. This would enable you to use the Information Partner to remove the ‘Example’ Sub-Chunks, using search filters, in order to compile a list of just the ‘Definition’ Sub-Chunks, or vice versa.
